Privacy.

What happens to the details you send me, in plain words.

Who I am

This site belongs to S3BA (the Mixologist, the Music Man and DJ S3BA). For anything on this page, email production@s3ba.music.

The booking form

When you send a brief, the form collects:

Name
so I know who I'm replying to
Email
so I can reply
Who you need
which persona or service the brief is for
Project details
whatever you choose to write

I use these only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project. I don't sell them, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

The form is delivered to my inbox by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service, which processes the submission to send it on. The message then lives in my email, and I keep it for as long as it's useful for the enquiry or project.

Players and fonts from other services

  • Spotify: the release players are loaded from Spotify, which may set its own cookies. On the EP page, a track's player loads only when you open that track.
  • YouTube: the live video loads only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
  • Google Fonts: the typefaces are served by Google, which receives your IP address to deliver them.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. Links to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Spotify and YouTube take you to those sites, where their policies apply.

On your device

The site remembers, for the current browser tab only, that you've already seen the opening animation, so it doesn't play again. Nothing else is stored, and nothing identifies you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what you've sent me. Email production@s3ba.music and I'll sort it. If you're in the UK and unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
